The farmland is located in the heart of Midrand.
A dam, with a catchment area of over 15 hectares, is at the top of the farm, with the down stream river running centrally through the rest of the farmland.
All dwellings on the farm have secure fencing and constitutes of different buildings with over 5000m2 of living and/or work space.
