tablished by Directors, Neil Clark and Matthew Fuller in 2008, Bracken Business Centres has evolved from the world of commercial property development and former company, Bracken Limited.
It began with the acquisition of the former Thistle Hotels headquarters on The Calls in Leeds in 2008 and since then we have grown into the city's biggest serviced office provider occupying three prime locations in Leeds.
With an ethos of providing first class service levels along with unparalleled office management, the reputation of Bracken Business Centres rapidly grew and under the guidance of the team new locations were sought to provide more variety and options within the serviced office market.
In 2010, we moved into our second property The Tannery, the former Arla dairy on Kirkstall Road, now owned by long term business partners, Marshalls CDP.
It was to be a shrewd move and providing the same attention to detail that had proven to be so successful at Calls Wharf, The Tannery opened its doors to the Leeds serviced office market.
In 2012, Albion Court, yet another historic Leeds property became available and was acquired ensuring the Bracken Business Centre portfolio was complete.
Now with three centres we are officially the largest independant serviced office provider in Leeds.
In 2011 we became affiliated with the Business Centre Association, the only trade body to represent the serviced office industry. As BCA members, we represent, uphold and surpass the BCA Code of Conduct and best practice reccomendations.
