The current proprietors purchased the property in November 2011 and have taken great pride in developing Harbour Restaurant to its current successful level. It is their desire to retire from the restaurant trade that brings this charming business operation to the market.

The property combines a ground floor trading unit with a first-floor owners flat. The building dates from the early part of the 1900s and is of stone construction under a mainly pitched slate roof.
