Where is Empress Business Centre?

Located just 5 minutes drive out of Manchester city centre, our Old Trafford site is sandwiched between the centre of town, Salford Quays and Trafford Park, with great road access. Were just off the A56 with direct access to the M60, M602 and M62, each accessible within 10 minutes. Weve got great access to public transport and the Metrolink, with Cornbrook tram station is just 8 minutes walk away. Bus numbers 84, 255 and 256 stop nearby, and Deansgate and Manchester Oxford Road Station are both within a mile. Weve got an unrivalled network of sites around Greater Manchester in locations like Cheadle, Newton Heath, Hollinwood, Altrincham and Trafford Park.

Our Manchester office space consists of 56 office units spread over six floors. These are provided unfurnished, so you can tailor the space to suit your business. If you need more space, you can upgrade to a larger office suite with no penalties, unlike many other business centres.

Workshops & Storage

We offer a number of storage units and workshops to let, with double doors and some with roller shutter access. We also have some split-level units, with industrial space on the ground floor, a kitchen and toilet. The first floor comprises of office space with a toilet.
