Vickery Holman Ltd
Vickery Holman was formed in 1992 by Nick Holman, John Vickery and Greg Oldrieve. The company became a limited entity with employee shareholders a couple of years later. John has subsequently retired from the profession and, for many years, Nick and Greg were the managing director and chairman of the company. In 2010, the pair stepped back and left remaining directors Mark Pellow, Mike Oldrieve and Dennis Venn to manage the company, bolstered by the appointments of directors Justin Armstrong and Alan Treloar. When Mike stepped down from his directorship in 2015, Robert Beale became a director. This board currently remains in situ today.
Through various mergers and acquisitions, the roots of Vickery Holman can be traced back as far as 1848. Today, the consultancy has more than 60 people working in four offices, strategically placed across the South West. Vickery Holman is a limited company, owned by its employees, and is a member of the RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors).
