Office space is generally provided in the range of 9.29-92.90 sq m (100-1000 sq ft) and workshops in the range of 46.45-185.80 sq m (500-2000 sq ft).

Termination can be achieved by serving just two months notice, ending on the last day of a calendar month. No premium rent is charged for this flexibility.

The licence fee normally includes rent, service charge and Landlord's insurance, and fully inclusive packages can be offered in certain locations.

A range of additional support services are available on request, which can serve to reduce running costs and bring business benefits to the customer's operation.
